Shipping Guide

Moosupply.com will gladly pay for free ground shipping for every order valued over $100 via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Orders outside the 48 continental States require Second Day or Next Day Air service. APO or FPO address requires a United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Please view the provided map for transit time estimation. All items are shipped insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days. The next-day Saturday delivery option is available only in the United States.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Returns

Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.

Insurance

Moosupply.com provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous

Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however, outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly requires us to ship via the US Postal Service.

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
  • Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order is lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Moosupply.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Moosupply.com, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Moosupply.com will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Moosupply.com to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Moosupply.com within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. For help with international shipping, please read our International Shipping Issues section. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Packaging

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Moosupply.com reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Moosupply.com cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

International Shipping

Online Payment

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Verification

All online international orders are verified through the Moosupply.com payment system to accommodate our international cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, Moosupply.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending Moosupply.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Moosupply.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system and an order total is confirmed.

Duty and Shipping

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO-addressed packages will ship via USPS.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Problems

If an international order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Moosupply.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact us within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
