How long does it take for my order to process?

Order Processing

Once your orders are confirmed, they will be processed within 24hrs. In unexpected events please allow us up to 48hrs to process your orders. We only ship orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after office hours will be processed the next business day.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact Moosupply.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. After the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. To track your package, please refer to the Orders Center. Please note that a login will be required.

When will my order ship?

Order Processing Guidelines

At Moosupply.com, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped out as quickly and efficiently as possible. To help you understand our order processing guidelines, we have outlined them below:

1. Order Placement

Most orders will be processed within 24hrs and shipped out within 3 business days, provided that the ordered goods are in stock and customer identification is verified.  To confirm the availability of the product(s) you wish to purchase, please check with our customer service team.

Please note that we only process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after office hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you notice any discrepancies in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number via email. You can track your package by logging into your account and referring to the “Recent Orders.” Please note that a login is required to access this information.

Edit or Cancel an order

At Moosupply.com, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or modify an order. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our Cancel or Edit Order Policy below:

1. Cancellation Period:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already been processed and shipped.

2. Modifying an Order:

If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

3. How to Cancel or Edit an Order:

To cancel or edit your order, please send an email providing your order number and details of the changes you wish to make or call the customer service within the business hours for instant support.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Orders Already Shipped:

If your order has already been shipped before the cancellation request was made, you may return the items following our standard return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

6. Communication and Transparency:
